Office Planning Consultants

Having worked with MAB LLC to maximise their current office space for several years, it seemed opportune to partner with MGB in opening a new office in Milton Keynes to supplement their two existing spaces in Watford and London.

Consultation

MGB shortlisted multiple possible sites, and consulted to choose the best match to MAB's needs. When the final site was chosen, we promptly drew up a proposal to completely furnish the new premises.

The main considerations were flexibility and the ability to expand to allow more staff as needed, and the role of the site as a showcase of the progressive nature of MAB for potential clients.

Design

MGB designed a signature reception and waiting area, surrounded by open and relaxed consultation rooms to create a visually stunning client-facing area. Behind the scenes was an equally inviting open-plan work space for staff constructed from the e2 office furniture system, specifically designed to be easily moved and adapted.

Project Management & Fitting

The project was entirely managed by MGB. New servers and electronic infrastructure, a brand new kitchen and lunch area, a bespoke reception, and all office furniture and systems were installed with care and attention to detail - but most importantly, on time and on budget.
